Shipping and returns
Canvas prints
Canvas pieces are printed and shipped by our print partners. Production takes about three to five business days, with delivery inside the United States running another three to seven business days. International orders take a little longer.
Damaged prints
If a canvas arrives damaged, send us a photo within fourteen days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
Digital orders
Digital orders are final sale, since the files have already been delivered. If your download links expire before you have saved the files, reply to the delivery email and we will send a fresh set.
